These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Girlie Pop Bakery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Girlie Pop Bakery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an order must be canceled, any payment collected for that order will be refunded.
Handmade Products
Every dessert is handcrafted and baked fresh to order.
Because our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, color, decoration, texture, frosting, and overall appearance are normal and should be expected. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product photos on our website are intended as examples and may not exactly represent the finished product you receive.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable sales tax and any delivery fees will be calculated during checkout.
Payments
Payment is required before an order is prepared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information during checkout.
Once an order has been picked up by the customer or delivered to the designated location, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Product Care
Many of our desserts are perishable and should be handled appropriately after pickup or delivery.
Customers are responsible for following all recommended storage instructions to maintain product quality and food safety.
Girlie Pop Bakery is not responsible for damage or spoilage resulting from improper transportation, storage, handling, or failure to follow product care instructions after pickup or delivery.

All Girlie Pop Bakery products contain:

Our cottage food operation may also handle peanuts and tree nuts.
Although every reasonable effort is made to reduce the risk of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for them before placing an order.
Cottage Food Notice
Girlie Pop Bakery operates as a Florida Cottage Food Operation.
Our products are prepared in accordance with Florida's Cottage Food Law.
Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Girlie Pop Bakery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, transportation, storage, handling, or consumption of our products.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
