At Girlie Pop Bakery, your health and safety are important to us. Every dessert is handcrafted in our licensed Florida Cottage Food Operation using quality ingredients and careful preparation practices.

Please read the following information before placing your order.

Food Allergens

All Girlie Pop Bakery products contain:

  • Wheat

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Gluten

In addition, our kitchen may also handle ingredients containing:

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

Because all products are prepared in the same home kitchen and equipment may be shared, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.

If you or someone consuming our products has a food allergy or severe food sensitivity, we strongly recommend that you do not consume our products.

Cross-Contact Notice

Although we thoroughly clean and sanitize our equipment and work surfaces between batches, our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common food allergens are present.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or allergen cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies purchase and consume our products at their own discretion.

Food Storage

Because our products are made fresh without commercial preservatives, proper storage is essential for both quality and food safety.

Unless otherwise noted:

Refrigerate

The following products should be refrigerated within 2 hours of pickup or delivery:

  • Cream cheese frostings

  • Cake cups

  • Pudding desserts

  • Custard desserts

  • Whipped topping desserts

  • Cheesecake-based desserts

Room Temperature

The following products are generally best enjoyed at room temperature:

  • Cookies

  • Brownies

  • Blondies

  • Cinnamon rolls (unless topped with cream cheese frosting)

  • Bars

  • Muffins

Storage recommendations may vary by product. If specific instructions accompany your order, those instructions should be followed.

Freshness

For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying most products within 2–3 days of pickup or delivery.

Some desserts may be frozen for later enjoyment. Freezing recommendations are available upon request.

Food Safety

Customers are responsible for properly transporting and storing all products after pickup or delivery.

Girlie Pop Bakery is not responsible for changes in product quality resulting from:

  • Improper refrigeration

  • Exposure to excessive heat

  • Leaving products in a vehicle

  • Improper storage

  • Mishandling after pickup or delivery

Cottage Food Operation Notice

Girlie Pop Bakery operates as a Florida Cottage Food Operation in accordance with Section 500.80, Florida Statutes.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine state food safety inspections.
